Bill Simpson is a multi-award winning photographer and teacher. Over the past 28 years he has worked as a photographer for the State of Florida working with three Commissioners of Agriculture, six governors and various legislative and cabinet members. His worked has been published in many numerous state of Florida brochures and books and has one piece hanging in the Gettysburg museum. He has also taught photographic principles, techniques, digital manipulation and correction on the college level for over five years. Bill has received over 25 photographic awards, some which are listed below.
